Instructions for preparing the final papers for NEMO2016 (Updated on June 16, 2016)

Authors whose papers are accepted for presentation at NEMO2016 are required to register their attendance and upload the final paper in PDF format via the NEMO2016 paper submission website. To upload the final paper and include your paper into the technical program and the conference proceedings, one author must register for the conference (the website is coming soon). Please be noted that maximum two papers are allowed per registration. Extra papers will be charged as a new registration.

Papers must be written in English and formatted in accordance with the same template (Word Template or Latex Template) as your preliminary submission. Please create or validate your PDF file at IEEE PDF eXpress website, referring to the conference ID: 37788XP. Please be noted that any changes made to a PDF after IEEE PDF eXpress Plus conversion or PDF checking may invalidate Xplore compatibility. This includes headers, page numbers, copyright notice, watermarks, etc. If any of these elements are desired, they should be added to the document before a PDF is created. Besides, please check carefully the author information correctness and completeness when uploading the final paper, since this information will be used directly to create the Conference Program booklet.

Authors are responsible for obtaining publication approval by their employer or sponsor and the copyright must be assigned to the IEEE. Corresponding authors will receive email notifications from e-copyright (eCF) system. Please complete and submit copyright forms as instructed in the notification email. If you do not receive any emails from eCF or cannot submit copyright forms, please contact Dr. Ying Zhang for assistance (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.). The deadline for final paper submission is July 10, 2016.
